Start the Wave operates a 28 day return policy, which means that you have 28 days from purchasing your item to request a return. If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused or unworn and in their original condition.
To complete your return, you’ll also need to provide your email confirmation of purchase.
Items being returned after 28 days may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
In the first instance, please email [email protected] with details of your return. We will then provide you with an address to which you can send your items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you whether or not we are able to offer you a full or partial refund.If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to show against your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you believe that your refund is late to arrive, please first speak with your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If your item arrives defective or damaged we can offer you an exchange. Please send us an email at [email protected] with details of your return. We will then provide you with an address to which you can send your items.
You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs relating to the return of your item(s). We would advise that you used a tracked service to protect from loss.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except where there is a fault with the item.
