As we witness the genocide in Palestine, our governments’ complicity, and the unfathomable reality of the war machine continuing to kill precious people and our planet, sometimes the body can shut down and numb to the pain of this moment.
How do we stay with our collective grief and transmute it into action?
We have found community care and connection to help! Find others in your circles that are courageously showing up and brainstorm ways to come together, support Palestinian liberation and make waves for Palestine and all oppressed communities.
Our STW Eco-Creators have offered some pieces to raise money for Connecting Humanity (e sims for Gaza) and Gaza’s Roots. These organisations are working on the ground to keep Palestine connected and to provide Palestinians with emergency food and care. 100% of the profits will go directly to support their work.
Gesa, has poured a batch of candles in Palestine’s flag colours with a couple of friends using recycled wax and reused candle glasses. To save leftover wax and glass from sitting forever in the landfill, they gathered unused wax from events and created candles to raise funds for Gaza.
May this be an opportunity to collectively grieve, inspire connection with Palestine, and send energetic support every day. As you light the candle, pray for Gaza. To all the children and families suffering. Pray for the end of the occupation, the liberation of the Palestinian people, their land, and their future. Pray for a Free Palestine.
